WE ARE LOOKING FOR Technical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team for the implementation of a new Royalty Calculation system integrated with SAP ECC and SAP S/4. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and process understanding, specifically in royalty calculations, the publishing business domain, and data migrations. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Technical Architect to ensure the successful deployment of the system across five operating companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and harmonize reporting needs of the five operating companies.
  • Coordinate the implementation of reporting functionalities across the new system.
  • Develop and execute detailed go-live plans in collaboration with development teams for the five operating companies.
  • Plan and coordinate testing of the Royalty Calculation processes, including practice runs against historical data for 2024.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Technical Architect to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity on processes and requirements.
  • Document all processes and technical specifications, maintaining clear records for future reference.
  • Provide support in data migration and integration efforts, ensuring data integrity throughout the transition.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated understanding of royalty calculation processes and systems, preferably within the publishing industry.
  • Proven experience with data migrations and integrations; knowledge of ETL processes is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and document complex processes.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 implementations, particularly in finance-related modules is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Schilling system in the context of royalty calculations is considered as a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to facilitate effective collaboration across various teams and stakeholders.
  • Project management experience is preferred, with proficiency in project management tools.
