The company you will work for

Our client is looking for a motivated Junior HR (M/F/D) to support daily HR operations and recruitment activities, including onboarding and project-related tasks. Their office is based in Samora Correia.

Your new role

This professional will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for supporting recruitment processes and onboarding activities; preparing contracts and offer letters; assisting production employees with submitting tickets, accessing benefits, and navigating the internal system. Additionally, they will maintain documentation and update HR systems.

What you need to succeed

Our client is looking for someone with a degree in HR or a related field and previous experience in HR or recruitment.

To grow in this role, the candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and be fluent in English.
