Zoho Developer

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to join our client a leading property developer. In this role, you will lead the evolution of their Zoho CRM and associated applications, ensuring efficient processes and system enhancements.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you will be instrumental in analyzing business needs, implementing technical solutions, and providing daily operational management of our CRM suite.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements, create future-state designs, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Development & Implementation: Build, test, and deploy Zoho CRM updates, ensuring seamless integrations.
• Operations Management: Monitor and maintain system performance, workflows, and automation rules.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement CRM enhancements.
• Training & Support: Deliver user training, resolve technical issues, and maintain system documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM customization, integration, and data management.
• Ability to support business wider projects.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certification in Zoho CRM or related applications.
• Familiarity with Zoho’s full suite of tools and best practices for data privacy.
