Tasks


  • Source and recruit Finance and IT graduates and experienced professionals across both Belgium and Luxembourg
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Partners and Hiring Managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews in English & French
  • Organise and run careers fairs and university events
  • Be involved in global recruitment team projects
  • Recruitment KPI reporting

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics or other relevant fields of study
  • At least 1 year recruitment experience either in-house or from a recruitment agency
  • Previous experience actively sourcing candidates, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
  • A sound knowledge of common tools (MS Office package, Trello, ATS)
  • You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results
  • Excellent communications skills in English & French, 20% travelling in future required
