We are looking to connect with professionals who are actively engaged in the cultural and performing arts sector and possess a strong network. We are open to professionals who can provide industry knowledge and create value through their unique areas of focus.

Key Responsibilities:

You are encouraged to apply if you have expertise in any of the following:

• Active contacts and a strong network in the local music scene

• International network and experience working with foreign artists/agents

• Programming experience in performing arts (theatre/performance)

• Ability to contribute to development and planning of in-house productions

• Professionals currently active in the field, across various experience levels

Qualifications:

• Experience in programming, planning, and scheduling processes

• Strong communication with artists, managers, agencies, and production teams

• Market awareness and a strong sense of discovery

• Collaboration mindset and ability to support project development

• Strong presentation skills and capability to oversee projects end-to-end

• Experience in budget planning, management, and tracking

• Advanced level of English
