As a Senior/Mid-Level E-commerce Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, one of the biggest fashion brands in the world, renowned for pushing boundaries in digital retail solutions. This role offers an exciting chance to manage cutting-edge projects in the dynamic eCommerce sector, collaborating with cross-functional teams across locations. Your main responsibilities:

• Acting as a best-in-class Scrum Master, guiding teams and clients in adopting Agile best practices for software development.
• Ensuring continuous delivery of project outcomes and value.
• Helping to develop a financial view of the project in terms of cost and duration.
• Collaborating with business sponsors, owners, analysts, developers, and testing teams to align objectives.
• Identifying and resolving project roadblocks quickly and efficiently.
• Managing risks and issues related to project execution.
• Facilitating scope management and change control across projects.
• Leading the team in defining roles and responsibilities clearly.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master on software projects.
• A strong Agile mindset with proven Scrum experience.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations at various levels.
• Experience managing project risks successfully.
• Strong leadership and team-driving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• It is a strong plus if you have:
• Experience in eCommerce projects.
• Managed projects exceeding €1 million in T&M or €300k in fixed-price models.
• Account management experience within client collaborations.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English.
