Your Responsibilities
You think it’s time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;
/ Supporting day-to-day business and legal contract operations, including contract and project management systems which may involve organizing, tracking, and analyzing various contracts, including distribution, marketing and service agreements, data processing and NDAs
/ Conducting legal research and preparing draft legal advises in various areas of Turkish and foreign laws
/ Understanding Company projects and relations of those with effective Regulations such as Law Number 6698 (Protection of Personal Data)
/ Supporting KVKK Documentation is up to date on the Company systems and SCC (Standard Contractual Clauses) processes between Company and business partners in accordance with KVKK regulations
/ Assisting to follow up and track on periodical deletion activities of the departments and other tasks that the departments are responsible for, in accordance with Company Regulations and Law on Protection of Personal Data
/ Supporting in some secretarial works in the department such as translations when needed and organising department folders
Your Profile
/ Enrolling in the 3rd or 4th year or in a Master’s program at the Faculty of Law ongoing studentship is a must.
/ Interests in areas like Data Protection, Compliance, Ethics
/ Ability to devote at least 3 days in a week
/ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
/ Analytical and flexible minded, creative, strong communication skills and good team player
/ Self-managed
