We are hiring an experienced Recruiter Generalist to join our Talent team as we continue to scale our growing teams in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and effectively communicate the BitGo story and specific opportunity to candidates
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their business needs
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels
  • Qualify candidates based on their experience, current situation, and motivations to change jobs.
  • Work collaboratively with the recruiting and HR team
  • Handle any ad-hoc hiring requests
  • Identify creative ways to attract talent
  • Collaborating with multiple org leaders as a strategic partner in hiring strategies

Required:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within a tech start-up environment
  • Experience working with global hiring teams
  • Knowledge around technical frameworks
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), Google Calendar
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting in both technical and non-technical positions
  • Understanding and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain industry
