Our Dublin based client are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to join their team on a daily rate contract basis

Position is with a well known organization that have a significant program of work to deliver over the next 2-4 years

You’ll be responsible for managing a squad combining both technical and business expertise, ensuring delivery is smooth, efficient, and value-focused.

Must have proven delivery experience and be ok working as a daily rate contractor

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Leadership

• Lead all key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers that impact team productivity or timelines
• Act as an agile coach, encouraging self-organisation and embedding best practices and Scrum principles
• Shield the team from outside distractions and maintain focus on sprint goals
• Drive collaboration within the squad and with key stakeholders, including the Product Owner
• Champion continuous improvement by monitoring team performance and supporting capability growth

Project & Delivery Oversight

• Manage budgets, time-tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with Finance, PMO, and funding requirements
• Track and communicate progress across Epics, Features, and Stories using agile metrics like burn-downs and backlog insights
• Produce accurate spend forecasts and release plans based on velocity, resource allocation, and story point estimates
