Role Overview
The Sales Director will lead the enterprise sales strategy for a high-growth IT services organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic relationships with key enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives across enterprise accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive large-scale deals in IT services.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven track record in senior sales leadership within IT services or technology sectors.
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and closing multi-million euro deals.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
