Sales Director – IT Services Enterprise

Reports To: Managing Director / CEO

Role Overview

The Sales Director will lead the enterprise sales strategy for a high-growth IT services organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic relationships with key enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives across enterprise accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive large-scale deals in IT services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in senior sales leadership within IT services or technology sectors.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and closing multi-million euro deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
