Fincons is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst

📌 Main tasks:

• Security Operations (BAU): Provide security expertise for "Business As Usual" activities, including incident management, user requests, threat analysis (like spam/phishing), and vulnerability remediation follow-up.
• Proactive Security Assessments: Conduct or support activities related to vulnerability management, penetration testing, secure code assessment, and threat intelligence, while monitoring security sources for emerging threats.
• Advisory and Architecture: Advise the internal IT security team on security best practices for MS365 and Azure architecture, configuration, and operations.
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): Support cybersecurity governance, including risk management, policies, compliance, and alignment with standards like NIST CSF or the Australian Essential Eight.
• Strategy and Coordination: Provide market analysis for cybersecurity tools and solutions , and coordinate activities with third-party security service providers

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
• Strong understanding of technical aspects of cyber security, and a good understanding of general security tools.
• Microsoft’s security ecosystem and tools.
• Project management certifications (PM2, Prince2, PMI) are considered as an asset.

• Strong command of English (C1/B2).

On-site presence is required 4 times per week
