Requirements:
- 4+ years of project management experience in software product development.
- Experience working with or a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps) and Dynamics 365.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar delivery-tracking platforms.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced product organization with evolving priorities.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or Power Platform Fundamentals.
- Background in CRM, Sales Force Automation (SFA), or Retail Execution solutions.
- Experience with mobile-first enterprise products or Microsoft-centric SaaS applications.
- Understanding of the CPG industry.
- Experience with AI and AI Agents.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market coordination.
Product Development Planning and Delivery
- Own the full lifecycle of CT REx product releases: planning, execution tracking, quality assurance, and release readiness.
- Translate product roadmap items into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain structured release schedules and ensure engineering output aligns with product priorities.
- Monitor development velocity, remove blockers, and ensure predictable iteration cycles.
- Assign tasks and track workloads across engineering, QA, UX, architecture, and content/documentation teams.
- Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Ensure alignment and communication between product management and development teams.
- Maintain transparency through structured reporting, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, release notes, and delivery artifacts.
- Enforce internal quality checkpoints and ensure adherence to product engineering standards.
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation, escalation, and corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and team collaboration.
- Work closely with Product Managers to translate the roadmap into actionable work packages.
- Provide structured feedback loops from engineering to product management.
- Track feature readiness, support acceptance testing, and help coordinate user validation cycles.
- Ensure release decisions are data-driven and based on quality, completeness, and stability.
