Construction Project Manager – Data Centres (UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a leading construction group delivering state-of-the-art data centre projects across the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-profile projects in the rapidly growing mission-critical sector.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage data centre construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and budgets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all project activities.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a high-performance culture on site.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or complex commercial builds.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
