Your Role

As Scrum Master, you will:

• Drive agile delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate ceremonies and coach teams on agile best practices.
• Foster collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
• Remove impediments and ensure continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and delivery practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
