Roles and responsibilities

• Liderar a transformação ágil organizacional, promovendo práticas ágeis em diversas áreas;
• Atuar como coach dos times, garantindo alinhamento com princípios e valores ágeis;
• Realizar mentoria de líderes e gestores para apoiar mudanças culturais;
• Apoiar a definição do roadmap de transformação ágil alinhado à estratégia da empresa;
• Garantir a condução eficaz e contínua das cerimônias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban);
• Identificar e remover impedimentos que impactam a performance dos times;
• Facilitar workshops, treinamentos e dinâmicas para disseminar a mentalidade ágil;
• Monitorar métricas de evolução ágil e propor melhorias contínuas.
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Experiência como Agile Coach Sênior em ambientes corporativos;
• Conhecimento em Scrum, Kanban e suas métricas;
• Vivência em transformação ágil organizacional e agilidade em escala;
• Habilidade em mentoria de líderes e apoio a mudanças culturais;
• Experiência em facilitação de workshops e treinamentos ágeis;
• Capacidade de atuação estratégica e operacional;
• Comunicação, negociação e gestão de conflitos.
