Roles and responsibilities
- Realizar Assessment para mapear e reavaliar a maturidade ágil;
- Cocriar e implantar o Framework Ágil junto aos times;
- Criar e acompanhar indicadores e métricas de performance;
- Apoiar a adoção de práticas ágeis alinhadas à estratégia do negócio;
- Atuar como agente de mudança cultural, promovendo valores ágeis;
- Orientar e mentorar Scrum Masters, POs e lideranças;
- Facilitar cerimônias e dinâmicas ágeis, garantindo foco e resultado;
- Identificar gargalos e propor melhorias contínuas;
- Atuar como parceiro estratégico na priorização e na tomada de decisão.
- Experiência prévia como Agile Coach ou em papéis de liderança ágil;
- Conhecimento em frameworks e metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, entre outros);
- Domínio de ferramentas de gestão ágil (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro);
- Conhecimento em práticas de Discovery e Design Thinking;
- Vivência na definição e acompanhamento de OKRs e métricas ágeis;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise e indicadores (Power BI);
- Habilidade em conduzir assessments de maturidade ágil;
- Conhecimento em práticas de facilitação e dinâmicas colaborativas;
- Entendimento de inteligência artificial aplicada à melhoria de processos;
- Capacidade de atuar em contextos complexos, integrando áreas de negócio e tecnologia;
- Comunicação clara, empatia e escuta ativa;
- Experiência na camada de portfólio para avaliar e propor melhorias alinhadas à estratégia da organização;
- Perfil colaborativo, com foco em resultado e melhoria contínua.
- Diferencial: Experiência em área financeira ou bancária;
