Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Solutions Advisor for a 12-month contract to drive the development and adoption of innovative analytics solutions that deliver measurable business value, including cost savings and operational efficiency.

This role is highly strategic and consultative, working in close partnership with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify opportunities, shape analytics strategy, and lead complex initiatives from concept through execution.

This is an individual contributor contract role with no hands-on programming responsibilities, ideal for someone who excels at bridging analytics, business strategy, and stakeholder engagement in a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap Development

• Partner with business and analytics teams to define and maintain an analytics strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Develop and manage an analytics roadmap for the assigned domain, ensuring alignment with the broader analytics portfolio.
• Support annual planning and prioritisation activities.

Opportunity Identification & Solution Design

• Identify and research key operational and industry challenges, providing insights to inform decision-making.
• Proactively identify opportunities to apply analytics in innovative ways that deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Apply a process-focused mindset to identify where analytics can deliver the greatest impact across end-to-end workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement & Programme Execution

• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to define, align, and deliver analytics-led initiatives.
• Collaborate with innovation and growth teams to execute programmes incorporating advanced analytics capabilities.

Oversight & Performance Management

• Provide oversight of complex analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and meaningful progress updates.
• Develop executive-level analytics presentations and materials to support planning, performance tracking, and decision-making.

Promotion of Advanced Analytics Capabilities

• Drive awareness and understanding of advanced analytics services, including modern AI and machine learning capabilities.
• Support demonstrations, presentations, and stakeholder briefings as required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in regulated or complex operational environments.
• Exposure to advanced analytics techniques, including predictive analytics and modern AI approaches.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
