Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Architecture
• Minimum 8-10 years technical experience in construction, architectural/design consultancy, shopfitting, preferably in retail sector,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and open to innovative approaches
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Job Description:

• Lead and deliver new store openings and refurbishment projects on time, within budget, and in line with required quality and brand standards
• Proactively identify, assess, and escalate project risks to ensure successful execution
• Act as the key point of contact between business units and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee construction procurement, including identifying, quantifying, and ordering materials to ensure timely delivery and correct on-site placement
• Resolve on-site contractor queries, monitor workmanship quality, and ensure that design drawings and technical details are accurately implemented
• Prepare and share regular project status updates, including timelines and handover dates
