Here’s what you need to know:
We are looking for an "Business Intelligence Associate" who will work under the in our Global Information Technology department, within Project team.
What will be expected of you in this role?
- Designing and developing ETL / ELT pilelinse using Python and SQL on Microsoft Fabric
- Building and maintaining Lakehouse and Data Warehouse structures
- Creating analytical and semantic models to support business decision-making
- Developing and optimizing Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards
- Planning and executing BI studies to monitor retail business performance
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability across data pipelines
- Troubleshooting data and pipeline issues in collaboration with IT and business teams
- Translating business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Why you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence within a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of modern data & analytics architectures (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Semantic Models)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory / Pipelines, Notebooks)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex analytical queries (T-SQL / Spark SQL)
- Hands-on experience developing ETL / ELT processes using Python and SQL
- Experience with Python-based data transformation (Fabric Notebooks, PySpark)
- Solid knowledge of data modeling concepts (relational & dimensional modeling, star schema)
- Experience with Power BI (semantic models, DAX, reports, dashboards, performance optimization)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
