Job Summary
The HR Executive role supports workforce operations across a distributed, remote working environment. This position manages core human resource activities while maintaining continuity across teams, locations, and business units. The role contributes to people operations, internal stakeholder coordination, hiring activities, and employee lifecycle management while supporting organizational goals and service continuity. The HR Executive works closely with leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with policies, performance expectations, and compliance standards. The position requires strong communication, ownership of deliverables, and comfort working with remote teams and global stakeholders while supporting business growth and talent stability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including remote hiring and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Conduct virtual communication with candidates, employees, and internal teams across regions
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and employee records within remote systems
- Support campus recruitment activities with flexibility for national and international travel 5 to 10%
- Prepare HR reports, workforce data, and compliance documentation for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on training programs, policies, and people initiatives
- Support retention, performance alignment, and internal relationship management across departments
Primary Skills
- Clear and professional communication suited for remote work environments
- Strong time management and task ownership across multiple priorities
- Experience handling internal stakeholders and workforce coordination
- Negotiation and coordination skills related to hiring and employee matters
- Practical knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and documentation
Qualifications

Experience
2-5 years of relevant experience in human resources, recruitment, or people operations is mandatory. Experience should demonstrate accountability, learning ability, and comfort working with remote teams and clients within structured organizational environments.
