Electrical Works Manager

Residential Project – Latvia

For our ongoing residential project in Latvia, we are looking for a highly experienced Electrical Works Manager with a valid BIS certification to join our site team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Valid BIS certification (mandatory),
• Minimum 15 years of total professional experience,
• At least 10 years of experience in residential housing projects,
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical installation works (low voltage systems, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, weak current systems),
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and site teams,
• Experience in coordinating electrical works with other disciplines,
• Good command of English (spoken and written),
• Russian language skills are an advantage,
• Strong leadership, planning, and site coordination skills,
• No restrictions for working abroad.
