Residential Project – Latvia
For our ongoing residential project in Latvia, we are looking for a highly experienced Electrical Works Manager with a valid BIS certification to join our site team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Valid BIS certification (mandatory),
- Minimum 15 years of total professional experience,
- At least 10 years of experience in residential housing projects,
- Strong hands-on experience in electrical installation works (low voltage systems, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, weak current systems),
- Ability to supervise subcontractors and site teams,
- Experience in coordinating electrical works with other disciplines,
- Good command of English (spoken and written),
- Russian language skills are an advantage,
- Strong leadership, planning, and site coordination skills,
- No restrictions for working abroad.
Job Description
- Supervising and controlling all electrical installation works on site,
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and BIS regulations,
- Coordinating electrical activities with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams,
- Managing subcontractors and daily site operations,
- Monitoring work progress, quality, and safety,
- Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activiti
