About The Role
The Executive Assistant to the SVP of Engineering at CoreWeave plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive’s daily activities while supporting the strategic initiatives of the engineering division. This position involves managing complex, cross-time-zone scheduling, coordinating travel arrangements and expenses, and supporting key meetings and events. As part of the Engineering & Product organization, the Executive Assistant will also contribute to driving operational excellence within the administrative team, fostering consistency, and streamlining processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the company’s growth in the AI and cloud infrastructure space.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience providing executive support to Senior Directors or Vice Presidents
- Proven project management skills, including tracking deliverables and driving tasks to completion
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and event logistics (meetings, all-hands, off-sites)
- Ability to improve and scale administrative or operational processes
- Strong multitasking skills across teams, locations, and time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing documents for executive audiences
- Prior experience mentoring or leading peers within an administrative or EA function
- Experience supporting engineering, product, or other technical teams (preferred)
- Experience in high-growth or fast-scaling companies (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate with sound judgment and discretion
- Manage complex, multi-time-zone scheduling for the SVP of Engineering, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while managing related expenses
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and key deliverables, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive-level audiences
- Drive operational excellence within the EA team by promoting consistency and best practices
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for the SVP, filtering communications and prioritizing requests
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members as needed
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve overall support services
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Contribute to a positive team environment by mentoring peers and sharing best practices
