YOUR ROLE

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects
• Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, risks, and resources
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment
• Contribute to process improvements and help scale project management practices
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds

IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO

• 7+ years of experience in project or team management, preferably in international software companies
• Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping teams succeed
