Dotnet Developer

We are looking for a.NET Software Developer for whom development in .NET no longer holds any big secrets - so you are able to develop much more than purely on request. A suitable candidate focuses on constantly improving both the applications and the skills of the team in which he operates.

The DevOps development team RRS develops and supports within Rabobank the self-built application for Regulatory Transaction Reporting. The team consists of 40 people - from business analysts to support engineers, from developers to testers - who work partly from Utrecht and partly from India.

We use common software and techniques on the Microsoft platform such as MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, C #, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, but also NServiceBus, Domain Driven Design, Ninject, Unit Testing, SpecFlow, Git, Azure DevOps , etc.

It is important that you are not only hands-on, but also able to transfer your knowledge through coaching and training, which increases the level of the entire team. You work peer-to-peer with your teammates to explain complex situations and simplify them where possible, you analyze and improve the way in which the automated tests are carried out and you think along in the field of software architecture. You have experience in coaching and training less experienced colleagues.

Desired knowledge and experience:

1. You are experienced in the field of .Net development (at least 6+ years);
2. You can operate independently, but you are more than capable of supporting others in their development (I Make You Better);
3. You have strong analytical skills at a minimum HBO level;
4. You work accurately and accurately. You have an eye for detail. The solutions / architectures proposed by you are complete and are extensively documented for later purposes;
5. You like to keep up with and like to learn new techniques;
6. You know how to work according to the Scrum / Agile methodology.
