Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and identify target users.
- Create site maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual mockups.
- Design responsive web interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Build interactive prototypes using design tools to validate usability and navigation.
- Prepare and optimize web assets including images, icons, and videos for performance and quality.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and visual standards.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth handoff.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Maintain and update existing websites to improve usability, accessibility, and conversion rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and user-centered design.
- Experience designing for CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile or fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, heatmaps, or A/B testing methodologies.
