UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a Web Designer to design and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites. This role focuses on UI/UX design, responsive layouts, and collaboration with development teams to deliver high-quality web experiences aligned with business and brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and identify target users.
Create site maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual mockups.
Design responsive web interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Build interactive prototypes using design tools to validate usability and navigation.
Prepare and optimize web assets including images, icons, and videos for performance and quality.
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and visual standards.
Work closely with web developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth handoff.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
Maintain and update existing websites to improve usability, accessibility, and conversion rates.

Technical Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and user-centered design.
Experience designing for CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques.

Soft Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile or fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with analytics tools, heatmaps, or A/B testing methodologies.

Salary: $2,000-2,400 USD/Month
