Looking for Data and Analytics Governance Lead for the development and implementation of enterprise-wide data and analytics governance frameworks. The role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity, security, and consistency across analytics platforms while fostering a culture of data literacy and responsible analytics usage throughout the organization.

You will collaborate closely with IT, analytics, and business teams to embed governance practices, improve data quality, and enhance decision-making through trusted, well-managed data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data and analytics governance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with business strategy and compliance requirements.
• Define and operationalize data ownership and stewardship models across business units.
• Oversee analytics platform stewardship, ensuring data integrity, security, and usability.
• Lead initiatives in data quality management, metadata management, and data lineage.
• Monitor analytics usage, ensure compliance with governance frameworks, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Promote data literacy and analytics awareness across the organization.
• Facilitate data governance councils and analytics working groups, driving alignment and continuous improvement.
• Ensure KPI consistency, standardizing definitions, sources, and refresh frequencies.
• Track and report analytics ROI, measuring the business impact of data and analytics initiatives.
• Provide managerial oversight and mentorship to support governance maturity and capability development.

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data governance or analytics governance and data management roles
• Strong understanding of data governance principles
• Experience in large ERP and CRM systems like SAP, Salesforce
