Our ecosystem includes hybrid stablecoins, a comprehensive DeFi gateway, and a commitment to sustainability and ESG-aligned practices. With an ambitious roadmap featuring regulatory compliance under MiCA, multiple Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and plans to scale globally, Toqenize is seeking a dynamic Chief Corporate Officer (CCO) to join the leadership team as a co-founder.

As the CCO and Co-Founder, you will act as the strategic right hand to the CEO, driving corporate strategy, governance, and operational execution. This pivotal role ensures alignment across teams, effective stakeholder engagement, and the successful execution of Toqenize’s ambitious goals, including securing MiCA compliance, scaling operations, and building strategic partnerships.

• Corporate Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement long-term strategies that drive company growth and industry leadership.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with investors, regulators, and external partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Lead efforts to secure and maintain MiCA licensing, coordinating with legal and compliance partners to align with EU regulatory frameworks.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations and collaborate with key departments (CTO, CMO, CIO) to ensure the efficient execution of company objectives.
• Representation: Represent Toqenize at industry events, conferences, and regulatory discussions, serving as a key advocate for the company’s mission and values.
• Investment Oversight: Work closely with the CEO and CIO to manage resource allocation and drive funding opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Governance and ESG Alignment: Ensure that corporate initiatives and operations reflect the company’s commitment to ESG principles and sustainability.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.

• Experience: Proven track record in a leadership role (e.g., CCO, COO, or VP of Corporate Strategy) in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or a related field.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable and measurable results.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as MiCA and ESG standards is a strong advantage.
• Operational and Corporate Expertise: Exceptional skills in managing cross-functional teams, scaling operations, and fostering governance excellence.
• Representation Skills: Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills to engage with investors, regulators, and industry leaders.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of blockchain technology, tokenization, and DeFi ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the EU.
