Wargaming is looking for a Junior Game Balance Designer to join our team working on World of Tanks a legendary action MMO with 160 million users registered worldwide. The game's accolades include 4 Golden Joystick Awards, a D.I.C.E. Award, and 2 Guinness World Records.

Do you want to leverage your skills to fine-tune game balance for a title with a multi-million audience? Then we want to hear from you!

What will you do?

• Create collision models for new vehicles and edit collision models of existing vehicles;
• Set up armor values of vehicles in an internal editor and XML files;
• Communicate with 3D modelers, historical consultants, and balance designers;
• Work on the design and balance of tanks;
• Work on the design of game mechanics.

What are we looking for?

• Super experienced World of Tanks player, with excellent knowledge of game mechanics;
• Technical mindset and ability to think in 3D;
• Rich gaming experience in WoT, preferably at least 55% win rate, at least 30,000 battles, and experience playing all classes of vehicles.

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 2000-3000 monthly gross.
