- Project Description:
- A senior individual contributor responsible for designing complex workflows, delivering end-to-end solutions, and raising the craft quality of Landmark applications.
- Responsibilities:
- • Own UX design for major workflows or product areas, ensuring usability and clarity.
- • Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- • Apply and extend the Landmark design system; contribute new patterns where needed.
- • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
- • Partner with product managers and engineers to align requirements and deliverables.
- • Validate designs with users through testing and iterate based on feedback.
- • Participate in design reviews, offering constructive critique and feedback.
- Mandatory Skills Description:
- • 7+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- • Strong research skills.
- • Fluent English is a must.
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or technical product design.
- • Mastery of interaction and visual design; working knowledge of research methods.
- • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- • Comfort working with engineers in Agile environments (Angular/React familiarity preferred).
- Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- • Prior experience contributing to a design system.
- • Experience in energy, engineering, or industrial domains.
- Languages:
- English: B2 Upper Intermediate
