Frontend Developer

Frontend Developer | React/React Native | 1x per week Sunshine Coast

We are working with a leader in the construction space who have over 400 live projects and their tech is the most important aspect of the company!

They are looking to add a strong mid level developer to the team that can work autonomously.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience building user-facing applications with React
• Hands-on experience with React Native for building and shipping mobile apps (iOS and Android)
• Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frontend patterns
• Working knowledge of Node.js and basic SQL for interacting with APIs and databases
• Ability to work autonomously, manage tasks end-to-end, and communicate progress clearly

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a React Native mobile application, delivering clean, intuitive user experiences
• Develop and extend reusable UI components using React and shared component libraries
• Integrate frontend features with Node.js APIs and backend services, including basic SQL data interactions
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to turn requirements into high-quality mobile features
• Take ownership of frontend quality, including performance, testing, and ongoing improvements

Location: 1x per week - Sunshine Coast

Compensation: Up to $140,000 + Super
