Role:
We are looking for a Resident IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
Your tasks are…
- Provide day to day local/remote support
- Provide support to users of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and LAN – routers, switches and access point, VPN equipment.
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system SNOW
- Laptops/Desktops staging
- Mobility devices support and managing
- Stock reports
- Direct contact with users requiring immediate support
- Visiting the management team at their offices
Location: Ljubliana (fully onsite)
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Experience on installation/configuration/troubleshooting of standard software on workstations including IMAC activity
- Experience in working with different operating systems- Windows (all versions), Mac etc.
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Excellent time management skill
- B2 German and B1/B2 English language
- Familiar with ticketing system
