About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst (Freelance) to join our client’s high-impact squad in Brussels for a 12-month mission. What You’ll Be Doing

• Gathering, transforming, and analyzing raw data using advanced sourcing techniques to deliver actionable business insights
• Designing and developing impactful Tableau dashboards and Webi reports that drive business value
• Administering and managing the Business Objects and Tableau environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Providing expert user support for Business Objects and Tableau, empowering teams to maximize their data capabilities
• Implementing and maintaining housekeeping procedures for both Business Objects and Tableau landscapes
• Utilizing third-party tools such as 360 to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities
• Collaborating with a dynamic, multicultural squad to deliver business impact and improve customer approaches

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, with a proven track record in banking environments
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering and managing Business Objects
• Strong expertise in Tableau administration, dashboard creation, and report development
• Solid understanding of third-party analytics tools such as 360
• Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Ownership mindset: proactive, autonomous, and committed to delivering results
• Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills, with a passion for solving complex problems
• Team player with strong communication and influencing abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Fluent in English; fluency in Dutch or French is highly valued, and additional languages are a plus
• Available to work 50% on-site in Brussels and 50% remotely

Technical Skills

• Business Objects (administration, management, reporting)
• Tableau (administration, dashboard/report development)
• Webi report development
• Third-party analytics tools (e.g., 360)
• Advanced data sourcing, transformation, and analysis

Language Proficiency

• English: Fluent (required)
• Dutch: Fluent (highly valued)
• French: Fluent (highly valued)
• Other languages: Added value

Other Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in the banking sector is mandatory
• Strong commitment, perseverance, and a quick self-starter attitude
• No travel required
• Certification: Not required
