The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, next-generation tech business in Dubai that’s building intelligent, data-driven products at scale. Think modern architecture, AI-powered decisions, real-time platforms, and a genuine product-first culture.

This role is specifically aimed at Product Managers already based in Dubai who value long-term ownership, stability, and impact. Strong tenure matters here, this is not a stepping-stone role, but a chance to own and evolve a core product in a business investing heavily in its tech road-map.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll sit at the heart of product strategy, shaping solutions that leverage:

• AI & machine learning
• Modern cloud-native architectures
• Real-time data platforms
• Scalable B2B / B2C digital products

You’ll work closely with senior engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders to deliver products that are genuinely next-gen, not buzzword-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and iteration
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Translate complex technical capabilities into simple, user-centric solutions
• Lead product discovery using data, user insights, and experimentation
• Partner closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable products
• Balance long-term product vision with short-term commercial priorities
• Act as the voice of the customer while aligning with business objectives

What We’re Looking For

• Currently living in Dubai with a clear commitment to the region
• Proven strong tenure in previous roles (product ownership and continuity matter)
• 4–8+ years’ experience in Product Management within modern tech environments
• Experience working with AI-driven, data-heavy, or platform-based products
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, scale-up or high-growth environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills across tech and non-tech teams
• A product-first mindset with commercial awareness
