Experience background:

• Solid knowledge of weak current engineering (Cabinet, UPS, Environmental Monitoring) and ability to supervise construction teams.
• Experience in network engineering with complete project experience from 0 to 1 in building a headquarters integrated workplace (500+ people).
• Familiar with the local ISP ecosystem in Brazil (Claro, Vivo, etc.) and has extensive experience in structured cabling acceptance.
• Possessing a CCNA certificate or equivalent certification. Able to comprehend enterprise-level network architecture (Firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, Wireless) and has experience in local execution in Brazil
• Familiar with low-voltage engineering systems and possesses strong project management experience, with a PMP certificate being preferable
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT-related fields, or Engineering.
• Experience in IT network and data center system integration maintenance, with experience in Chinese enterprises preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise-level network architecture and equipment management. Knowledge of routing protocols (Static, OSPF, BGP), VPN technologies (GRE, SSL, IPSec), and wireless protocols.
• Proficiency in network and system monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana).
• Experience in managing CCTV, access control systems, facial recognition devices, and UPS systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with key brands of switches, wireless APs, cameras, racks, and cables.
• Proven experience in implementing IT solutions, with the ability to optimize execution based on practical requirements.
• Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in either Mandarin or Portuguese is required.
• Possession of relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
