Skills Requirements
• Business Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and creating user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau).
• System Migration Knowledge: Familiarity with system implementation lifecycles, data migration principles, and testing methodologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and facilitation skills to align technical and business teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration/project management tools. Qualifications Required
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Certifications: IIBA-CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent business analysis certification preferred.
• Experience:
o 5+ years in business analysis, with at least 2 years in system migration, IT transformation, or financial services projects.
o Prior experience in banking/capital markets is highly desirable.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of system architectures, APIs, and data governance.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
