  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst within financial institutions.
  • Proven experience working alongside software engineers and testers.
  • Demonstrated ability to derive and prepare technical requirements based on business input.
  • Familiarity with analytical artefacts, including process modelling, user requirements documentation, functional requirements, state diagrams, and use case scenarios.
  • Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of REST API and experience with Postman or similar tools.
  • Ability and curiosity to expand expertise beyond the core domain, as well as a willingness to learn from others.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
  • Fluency in Polish

As an IT Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and enhancement of our digital banking solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to design and document new features, translating business needs into clear technical specifications for our development teams. You will utilize your expertise in SQL, UML, and BPMN to analyze data, model processes, and ensure all requirements are accurately captured. Your daily duties will involve close collaboration with business owners, software engineers, and testers, as well as extracting and analyzing data from various sources, including SQL databases, BigQuery, and CSV files. The position requires not only strong analytical and problem-solving skills, but also the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and produce high-quality technical documentation. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes, ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of the financial sector.
