Channel Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Channel Operations team. This role is critical in supporting our broker network and internal teams by managing backend operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities.
• Handle broker events operations.
• Handle broker onboarding and agreement management.
• Manage commission processing and ensure timely payouts.
• Coordinate events and maintain smooth interdepartmental communication (Procurement, Accounts, Channels, Audit, MIS).
• Support Channel Relationship Managers with backend tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Good system knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Data analytics.
• Making reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Salesforce experience is an add on.
