BD Manager (KOL BD)-LATAM Market

Location: Argentina, Mexico (remote)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented BD Manager to develop and maintain relationships with partners and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive result-oriented partnership initiatives to accelerate CoinEx's growth across LATAM market.
• Onboard high-quality local KOLs, community leaders and influencers as ambassadors.
• Monitor & evaluate ambassador performance, understand their core needs, and develop strategies to achieve KPI goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, understand competitor exchange ambassador programs (onboard requirements & incentives), and dynamically adjust expansion strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience as growth manager, affiliate manager, or KOL manager at a CEX, with 2+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive network and strong resource connections in local market (top KOLs, community leaders, etc.), with a proven track record of successful cases.
• KPI-oriented, driven by high earnings, self-motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
