Junior / Associate Data Analyst
For our client, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join a high-performing data operations team supporting investment and financial data processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow within a structured, collaborative, and data-driven environment.
You’ll be working alongside experienced analysts in a team known for its strong culture, learning mindset, and commitment to quality, with exposure to complex datasets and real-world financial use cases.
- Dublin (Hybrid)
- 1-year contract
- €280 daily rate
- EU Passport / Stamp 4 required
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily investment and security reference data operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Managing data setup, maintenance requests, and responding to internal stakeholder queries
- Performing data validation, quality checks, and basic root cause analysis on data issues
- Assisting with documentation, testing activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and SLA performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on both BAU tasks and project-based initiatives
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Financial Services operations role
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with structured data and identify inconsistencies or quality issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to escalate issues when needed
- Exposure to investment securities or tools such as Bloomberg is a strong advantage
