Junior / Associate Data Analyst

For our client, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join a high-performing data operations team supporting investment and financial data processes. - Dublin (Hybrid)

- 1-year contract

- €280 daily rate

- EU Passport / Stamp 4 required

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting daily investment and security reference data operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Managing data setup, maintenance requests, and responding to internal stakeholder queries
• Performing data validation, quality checks, and basic root cause analysis on data issues
• Assisting with documentation, testing activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and SLA performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on both BAU tasks and project-based initiatives

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Financial Services operations role
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work with structured data and identify inconsistencies or quality issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proactive mindset with the ability to escalate issues when needed
• Exposure to investment securities or tools such as Bloomberg is a strong advantage
