Payments Infrastructure | Institutional Scale | Regulated Fintech

Location: Europe / UK (Remote-friendly)


Newrails is building regulated, token-native payments infrastructure across Europe, combining an EMI, CASP and a MiCA-compliant Euro stablecoin.


We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to hunt, originate, and close strategic partnerships across payments, fintech, and the stablecoin ecosystem.


What you’ll do


  • Originate and close new partnerships with stablecoin issuers, fintechs, PSPs, exchanges, and infrastructure providers.
  • Own the end-to-end deal cycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, closing.
  • Build senior relationships with C-level stakeholders across Europe and globally.
  • Represent Newrails in partner conversations, ecosystem discussions, and industry forums.
  • Work closely with product and compliance to turn opportunities into live, regulated revenue.


What we’re looking for


  • 8+ years in Business Development / Partnerships in fintech, payments, or digital assets.
  • Proven hunter mentality — you create opportunities, not wait for them.
  • Strong understanding of payments infrastructure and/or stablecoins.
  • Track record of closing complex B2B deals.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.


Nice to have


  • Network across stablecoin issuers, crypto infrastructure, or payments platforms.
  • Experience working with regulated financial products or institutions.
