We are looking for an Account Manager for our client. Our client is a leading global marketing and communications group with a strong creative and digital footprint across multiple markets.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in integrated client delivery, account leadership, partnerships, or consultancy roles within media, advertising, digital marketing, or marketing transformation environments,
- Experience partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders and senior decision makers, operating as a trusted strategic advisor,
- Proven ability to manage multi-service, cross-team or cross-brand client workstreams,
- Track record of taking ownership for integrated P&L growth, including commercial planning, revenue forecasting, and profit optimization,
- Ability to orchestrate, align, and collaborate with internal teams spanning media, creative, CRM, CX, digital, performance, commerce, and data disciplines,
- Skill in identifying strategic growth opportunities across the client’s full business and value chain,
- Understanding of integrated marketing solutions, digital platforms, customer experience transformation, and data-driven business growth models,
- Strong storytelling, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing abilities,
- Comfortable operating in matrixed organizational structures and driving alignment without direct line authority,
- Ability to manage fast-paced client expectations, ambiguity, and globally ambitious solution design,
- Commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to convert vision into sharp execution plans.
Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of client work across internal brands, service lines, and capabilities,
- Design and execute business plans that build strong, sustainable, innovative, and growing partnerships with C-suite clients, expanding overall organizational share,
- Shape and activate the strategic vision for the client by working across multiple internal teams and service lines,
- Manage and grow the integrated P&L, ensuring both revenue and profit growth,
- Proactively identify strategic opportunities across the client’s entire value chain, beyond marketing briefs,
- Develop aligned, ambitious, global-scale, and highly integrated client strategies and solutions that set the organization ahead in the global market,
- Create service and delivery models that ensure a seamless and unified client experience across capabilities,
- Act as a role model in a matrixed organization by driving accountability, alignment, clarity, and delivery excellence,
- Translate strategic client goals into commercially sustainable, growth-driven execution plans.
