Java Architect

JAVA SPRING ARCHITECTURE ACM JSF AGILE

We are seeking a skilled Java Architect to join our dynamic team that thrives on innovation of public services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the creation of new applications and components, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Designing the application architecture and data modeling, and ensuring the consistency and evolution of all IT resources in line with the company's objectives and external and internal constraints (risks, costs, deadlines, etc.).
• Define and ensure the reusability of technical standards in order to reduce future development costs and optimize the consistency of developments.
• Build and oversee the evolution of the software/application architecture to ensure consistency, availability, and performance.
• Verify and analyze the impacts of technical choices (new procedures, new software, etc.) while maintaining consistency to ensure optimal operation.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the product and support for the Dev team.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Java with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, and a strong ability to define software and technical architectures.
• In-depth expertise in ACM methodologies, the Spring framework, JSF (PrimeFaces), REST/SOAP web services, as well as workflow solutions, rule engines, and EDM (Alfresco, Activiti, Drools).
• Solid command of development and industrialization tools and environments (Maven, Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Sonar, Puppet), PostgreSQL databases, and Agile practices (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven knowledge of microservices architectures, including Spring Boot/Cloud, Docker, OpenShift and GraphQL; previous experience in the public sector is preferred.
• You can work in a multilingual environment, with fluency in French; proficiency in Dutch is a strong asset.
