Scrum Master (Part‑time contract of 56 working days.)

Senior Agile Scrum Master

We are looking for a Senior Agile Scrum Master for a mission of 56 working days to support development teams in a complex IT environment, with a strong focus on value delivery and team autonomy. You will act as a key Agile facilitator, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) ;
• Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of Scrum and Agile practices ;
• Coach and support development teams to increase autonomy and Agile maturity ;
• Act as an interface between development teams, technical leads, business stakeholders, and external parties ;
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization ;
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies ;
• Promote incremental value delivery, quality, and continuous improvement ;
• Monitor Agile KPIs and contribute to process optimization (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects ;
• Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach certification (required) ;
• Strong expertise in Scrum and solid knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, and Lean ;
• Good understanding of IT technical environments ;
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills ;
• Proven ability to work in complex and multi-stakeholder environments ;
• Fluent in French (native level); basic knowledge of Dutch is an asset ;
• Experience in the public sector is mandatory.
