About The Role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time, mid-senior level position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of design and development. As a key contributor, you will bridge the gap between visually appealing mock-ups and fully functional web interfaces. Your expertise in Figma and JavaScript will enable you to craft seamless, engaging, and efficient user experiences across our suite of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs and interactive prototypes. This role is remote, providing flexibility, but candidates near our physical offices are welcome to collaborate in person.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role
• Proficiency in Figma and JavaScript
• Knowledge of design and development best practices
• Experience with industry tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe XD, and Invision
• Strong understanding of UI consistency and design language
• Ability to manage timelines effectively and work independently
• Experience utilizing UX research methods to inform design decisions
• Familiarity with A/B testing and analyzing user interaction data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with full-stack development teams to create reusable UI components and design patterns applicable across multiple products
• Maintain and enhance UI consistency by working within established design language frameworks
• Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to illustrate interaction concepts clearly
• Act as a liaison between design and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of UI features
• Develop innovative user interfaces and interactive models leveraging cutting-edge web technologies to improve user productivity and operational efficiency
• Conduct research to deeply understand user problems and identify core issues to inform design strategies
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design workflows
