Position: C-Level Executive Assistant

Location: Etiler, Istanbul

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field,
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment,
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills,
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take initiative,
• Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and corporate representation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the Executive’s daily and weekly schedule,
• Organize meetings, reporting activities, and travel arrangements,
• Ensure effective and professional communication with the management team and external, stakeholders,
• Coordinate processes and projects aligned with strategic priorities,
• Track, document, and archive critical and confidential documents,
• Take proactive, solution-oriented action in urgent and time-sensitive situations.
