Mobile engineer ( IOS/Android, React Native, web3 company）

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain high-performance React Native applications for iOS and Android, serving as the mobile technical lead.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability; conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end and proactively resolve technical risks.
• Define and improve mobile development workflows, testing, and release processes.

Core Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional mobile development experience, with 3+ years in React Native for production apps.
• Proven leadership as a tech lead, with ownership of mobile architecture and code quality.
• Expert in TypeScript/JavaScript and mobile app architecture (performance, memory, native tooling).
• Strong experience with REST APIs, secure data handling, CI/CD pipelines, and app store releases.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to make clear technical decisions.

Nice to Have:

• State management (Redux/Zustand), automated testing (Jest/Detox), GraphQL, performance/crash analytics (Firebase/Sentry), or crypto/fintech exposure.
