YOUR MISSION

As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will transition seamlessly between new academic developments and software engineering. You won't just build prototypes — you’ll develop and deploy resilient, high-performance systems running at high speed and accuracy used by global logistics leaders in demanding environments.

• Create, Innovate & Implement: Design, build and train Deep Learning models, tools and software that identify, recognize, and interpret complex objects and scenes for existing and new propositions.
• Optimize for Reality: provide AI solutions for demanding customer requirements regarding hardware footprint, accuracy and recall, ensuring our models perform on standalone servers, embedded devices, or cloud environments.
• Data Craftsmanship: Curate and organize high-quality datasets, understanding that great AI is only as good as the data fueling it.
• Full-Stack Thinking: Translate recent academic breakthroughs into pragmatic, sustainable software solutions that can be maintained for years to come.
• Collaborate: Work in a high-trust environment with an experienced team of AI scientists and engineers to solve demanding client requests.

YOUR TECH STACK AND PROFILE

You are a technical highflyer who values pragmatism over perfectionism. You know that a model isn't "done" until it's performing at scale in the field.

• Education: Bachelor or master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision or related field.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of modern CNNs, Transformers, and OCR/Object Detection frameworks.
• Engineering Mindset: Proficient in Python with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and deployable code. Experienced with TensorFlow and PyTorch, familiar with Docker.
• Curiosity: You stay on top of the rapid AI transition and enjoy exploring the "possibilities and impossibilities" of new tech.
• Persistence: You have a hands-on attitude and don't stop until the solution is robust and production ready.
• Communication skills: The ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in English language, both verbal and written.
• Experience: relevant work experience is a plus.
