Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support core HR functions and contribute to a strong employee experience. This role will work closely with hiring managers and employees, playing an active role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines
• Execute sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer processes
• Lead onboarding and orientation activities to ensure effective integration of new hires

Employee Relations & Experience

• Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Build positive working relationships with employees through regular check-ins and feedback sessions
• Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives, including events, surveys, and recognition programs

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Support compliance with internal HR policies and relevant labor regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Approximately 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
