Job Description:

We are seeking experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and oversee ERP product selection and implementation programs within a manufacturing enterprise environment. Our client is a leading player in manufacturing white goods globally . The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing ERP transformation initiatives, particularly in implementing ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP in a manufacturing environment . This role requires strong project / program management expertise, deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to align ERP strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of ERP product selection programs, including planning, execution, and governance.

Key deliverables include Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Stakeholder engagement Plan , Weekly and Monthly status reporting and Communication Plan.

Project manage ERP implementation activities from planning to design to build .

Establish program governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and risk management frameworks.

Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure program success.

Provide regular updates to executive leadership on program progress, risks, and outcomes.

Ensure ERP product selection and implementation strategies align with manufacturing industry processes and standards.

Support creation of business cases for ERP transformation initiatives, including ROI analysis and cost-benefit evaluation.

Develop detailed implementation roadmaps covering phases, timelines, resource allocation, and change management.

Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and ERP vendors.

Drive consensus among stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all program phases.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ERP product selection and implementation.

Proven track record in manufacturing industry ERP programs.

Hands-on experience managing ERP initiatives involving SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Oracle ERP platforms.

Strong knowledge of ERP program governance, vendor management, and risk management.

Expertise in ERP product evaluation, business case development, and roadmap creation.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Good to have experience in multi-country ERP process harmonization within manufacturing.

Good to have familiarity with cloud ERP solutions and hybrid process models.

Ability to bridge business and technology strategy seamlessly.
